Tonyall was a one-off project that emerged out of the family tree of legendary L.A. punkers the Descendents. The group represented a reunion between the group All (whom the Descendents had transformed into after replacing vocalist Milo Aukerman with Dave Smalley) and one-time Descendents bassist Tony Lombardo.
