A great game, if you already enjoyed the previos THPS games, you just can´t miss this trirth part, almost everything a bout it it´s superior from the second one, and of course, the price it´s great too

first, the whole landscape is small, needs to go gta size.

Tony Hawk and his friends crash the PS2 once again, with THPS3. This is one of the best games so far throughout the PS2 library.
The control of the game is very easy to get used to, and controls the same way as the PS1 versions. It is very easy to do tricks and specials, and it wont harm the game.

This game is awesome and easily the skateboarding game ever, definitely buy this game. The only complaints I have is there isn't a gap checklist this time, and although the career mode is improved, it gets tedious having to beat it with all the characters to unlock everything. I'm sure Tony Hawk 4 will really improve on the career mode. But, other than that, this is a great game.

I loved this game! It's a great two player game, very fun and original, and is just fun to play! I didn't really see much wrong with this game, except if you have a short attention span!

This game is freaky fun... the soundtrack is awsome and I can actually pull off tricks, unlike some other Xtreme sports games, and the create-a-skater is decent now, with you being able to create anyone from you to a stupidly tall pirate to a mobster.

Like most games that have had sequels, either they get better as the games increase or it goes down like the hindenberg, a flaming mass of anguish.
Luckly THPS3, falls into the first group. Sure the first TH was breakthrough in gaming, never before had a game come out with such graphics and realism for an x-game. Then the second TH soared high, allowing the player to create their own skate park, which involved creativity on the gamer's part. And finally, THPS3 arrived and the heavens parted and all was good in the world. With the ability to create your own personalized skater, from name to hair color to socks, this game takes x-games to a whole new level.
The levels are trickier than the first two, which adds to the excitement, and there are actual goals, including grinding on a molten lead bucket, getting airplane tickets to a friend in a crowded airport, stopping some pickpockets from getting away with the crime.
Graphics are phemonminal, crisp and precise down to even the drunken canadian pissing off the dock in the second level.
And previous users will be thankful that the controls for THPS3 have not changed a bit, minus the new trick, revert, which can be perfromed by merely pressing R2.
The soundtrack is that of an actual skate competition, with everything from Xibit, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Motorhead, and Alien Ant Farm.
This is a definite addiction for a crappy day or even if its the greatest day on earth, YOU WILL BECOME A USER(give into the HAWK side)Was this review helpful? Yes - NoIts Awesome
This game is so cool. THPS3 is by far one of the top 3 games for PS2. I dont even skateboard and I love this game.

This game is perhaps the best game i have ever played! I would recomend it to every1. and....it has cheats. It is nothing like 1 or 2,trust me,i played the entire series. It is one of those games that u just can't stop playing. It has awsome grahpics,and it actually has people, unlike thps 1 & 2.I can play free skate for hours nonstop. I rate it 5 star.

This game is one of the best games I have played. The gameplay kicks ass, the tricks are sweet, and the park editor is awsome. I just wish there were more levels.

I sat down last night to play my new Tony Hawk Pro-Skater 3 game at around 8 p.m. I wasnt able to pull myself away until well after midnight. With an almost endless variety of tricks and combinations, this game will suck you in and keep you entertained for hours and hours. Ive never been a huge fan of skateboarding or snowboarding games before, but this one is truly amazing. The game play is super fast, but the easy to master controls keep it from being too difficult. The music is great, and a long play list keeps the songs from becoming annoying. In my humble opinion, this is the best Skateboarding game since Skate or Die! for the original Nintendo.
