GermanLibanese rapper Tony D, also known as Tony Damage (he was born Muhamed Ayad in Berlin, Germany), is part of the Aggro Berlin group. Growing up in BerlinKreuzberg, his interest in rap music developed when he heard mix tapes by Cypress Hill and Ice Cube at the age of 10.
