Pros: easy to use / almost always correct / way better than the factory installed in our Ford
Cons: some roads as old as 15 years are not on it ie rt 384 in CT and on occasion it may send you down a rd that dead ends or was never compleated even though numerous web up dates have been performed
generally like the product and it has made our company more productive

We were going to Germany and Sweden for three weeks and it was the only unit that I could find that had not
north America, but also most of Europe.I would have paid twice what did for the ease it provided in getting around the major citys. I was able to get around Berlin as if I had lived there all my life. We have three cars in the houshold, but require only one GPS unit. Could not do that with a factory installed unit.Was this review helpful? Yes - No
