I bought the Rider 2 and within 48 hours it had stop working. The screen was blank and I could not get it to boot up. When I talked to Tomtom they told to hard boot. I did this and nothing happened. They then had me charge it for another 4 hours. Whe...n still nothing happened they told me send it back. I sent it back only to get another one with the same problem. It seems that they are good for about 48 hours before they die. I am going through the same thing right now with them. I told them to send me my money back and they told me that they could not do this because I had waited beyond the 14 day refund period. It did not seem to matter that I had called them within that time frame and that I was trying to work with them. I am so upset wtih them I am to the point of calling the attoney general. I just want to get my money back and have this whole thing behind me. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! If you do buy one and something goes wrong within the 14 day period, send it back to get your money back. Don't try getting a new one. That is exactly what they want you to do so they don't have to refund you any money. Read more Less
