Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2001 makes its series debut on PlayStation 2 with this release from EA SPORTS. Tiger Woods 2001 offers the digitized likenesses of five featured PGA players, including Justin Leonard, Mark Calcavecchia, Robert Damron, Brad Faxon, and Stewart Cink. Three authentic courses are available from the PGA Tour: Pebble Beach Golf Links, Poppy Hills Golf Course, and Spyglass Hill Golf Course, each of which is noted for its challenge. Along with the usual game features, EA SPORTS offers a new Challenge Game Mode which allows for competition in 12 events and the right to be called EA SPORTS PGA Tour Champion.     This is the best golf game ever made-- usually to make video game golf interesting you need to add unrealistic effects. Surprisingly it's not necessary for this one. Great graphics, playability, and strategy. Every aspect of real golf is included ...here, along with real PGA players and 3 real courses. All sorts of different scenarios and awesome multiplayer competition. Downfalls: Only 3 courses, no "create your own player" option Read more Less
