    Not what I think RCA products should be

    Pros: programs many things

    Cons: does not give support when there is a problem

    I like the fact that even my no name dvd surround system had a code through auto code...problem with that is the rev and ff buttons for the dvd are backwards and the remote will let me fix the ff but not the rewind. Also, I programed things the first... time for my tv but the on/off button did not work right so I had to erase all of the learned commands (no regular code since I have an olevia tv) now the power button works great but I cannot get other buttons to reprogram. All RCA has that I can find is emailing the problem. Not happy to be waiting a long time for response...Consumer reports and studies show Sony is better-pay the 5 extra bucks for Sony Read more Less

    Does everything I expect

    Pros: Does everything perfectly

    Cons: a bit cumbersome to progam

    Controls 2700 sat. receiver, scientific atlanta digital cable receiver, DVD, TV, Denon AV receiver perfectly.

    The key are well positionned and the remote feels good in my hand.
