Pros: worked good while the worked

Cons: customer service, parts availability

We used these phones in our small office for several years, and were happy with them until our office flooded last week and the transformers for 2 of the phones got destroyed after getting wet. The transformers (plugs) they use to power the phones us... alternating current, while most everything else uses direct current. We looked at electronic stores, office supply stores, the net and couldn't find them anywhere. Calling the RCA customer service line was a joke - after several long calls with customer service and technical support we were finally told they were the only place we could buy the replacement parts needed to get our phones to work, they didn't have the parts and they didn't know when they would be available. Please don't make the same mistake we did - save yourself the headache and buy something else!! Read more Less
