They Live lives!!!!!!!!!!!
Great film. Copied by The Matrix movie.

The DVD for THEY LIVE is out of print. The film was released early on DVD from Universal, but the DVD was an IMAGE ENTERTAINMENT title. I can only imagine that a future DVD will be released and possibly through Universal alone. It was a rather poor DVD as can be expected from its early release and the fact that IMAGE released it. Most of their early titles have gone Out of Print especially the ones in the snapper cases like FAHRENHEIT 451. It also had no features and was only in stereo plus it was a non-anamorphic transfer. All in all these are enough reasons to pull the title and now wait patiently for a good disc!

It has been some time since I have seen this movie. But it is good enough for to bye it years later on DVD-If anyone was to carry it! If you like suspense,action ,science fiction, and some comedy to boot, well if you haven't seen this your missing out. Now if someone could e-mail me and let me know what DVD company carries it. Nobody that has it for Yahoo has it!

Well, at the RVGC 72 hour fest i was able to be indulged in the Rowdy Roddy Piper feature film, "They Live". Talk about funny! Who would of thought that a grown man would call call someone "fermaldihyde face" and use the phrase " I have come to hear to chew bubblegum and kick ass...(exceptionally long pause)... and I'm all out of bubblegum". This is a classic movie that made the most out of the 4 page long script. It included fights, gun battles, police brutality and tits. This is a must see movie if you like to laugh at something that is supposed to be serious. If you are still questioning whether or not to see this movie, ask yourself one question, "would Rowdy Roddy Piper ever choose to make a bad movie?" No Way!!!

Brainwashed? How would you know? Watch THEY LIVE and consider the harsh and somewhat shcocking reality that aliens (yuppies, elitists, freemasons and rich people )have ALREADY taken over the world. And if you liked "V" this is the next generation revelation...Suggestion: put on an ordinarypair of sunglasses after you see this film and walk around town or a shopping mall and look close....honestly you will be amazed!

This movie is original, has the best line of any movie ever (I'm here to kick some ass and chew some bubblegum. And I'm all out of bubblegum), and the best fight sequence ever in a movie!
