Cons: Don't count on getting it fixed it there's a problem.
The second time we tried using the ovens they stopped working. Apparently if one of the fan motors fail they shutdown both ovens. We have been without an oven for months!! They don't have new fan motors available and so far they have refused to replace the range. I will never buy another Thermador product and I'm telling anyone who will listen about their service. ...

Pros: Looks Great
Cons: Burner stops
Purchased on 6/2005. Oven stopped heating 8 months later. Called Thermador and they dispatched a local authorized repair service. They had to change 2 circuit boards.
8 months after repair, on Thanksgiving 2006 the oven burner quit AGAIN! Thermador is sending a repair service to take a look. I am writing this as I wait for their arrival. I will NEVER but Thermador again. The reason I paid $5500 dollars for the range is so I wouldn't have to deal with a poor quality range. Thermador will NOT replace the range when requested during the first year. Wrote a letter to the Director of Customer Service, Carl Warner to share my experience. We'll see what they do to "satisfy" the customer.
