Just one of garage punk poet Billy Childish's (born Bill Hamper) many side bands, Thee Mighty Caesars differ little from Childish's standard output -- energetic, inspired, raw, amateurish garage punk rock roll with a reluctance to sacrifice spontaneous expression for self-editing.
