Synopsis: The Unholy (1988)

Two priests have been brutally murdered at St. Agnes church. Now the unholy reigns, only to be challenged by the purest of mortal souls. Father Michael, believed to be spiritually blessed, is appointed to the ungodly Parish. His ultimate test is a confrontation with the demon in a battle to the death.

    Pros: Willingness to do good

    Cons: Could have been filmed better

    Images were clay but were accurate...see new movies.

    Riddick....Blade...The Matrix.

    This movie is so transparent it might as well be an authorized piece of Judeo/Christian propaganda.The plot is decent but moves as slow as mollases, the story has some holes in it and the resolution is predictable and sugary.I love crappy horror film...s and I HATED this movie. It is a manipulative piece of garbage that may as well have a Papal imprimatur on it.One-star.Save your money & buy a copy of 'Rosemary's Baby'. Better acting, better story, better direction...a better movie all the way around.* Read more Less
