The must-own DVD collection for any Star Trek fan
Pros: Soooo much star trek-ky goodness
Cons: None whatsoever!
Hi this is morty. I received this set for Hanukkah, and am still watching all the movies in order. Of course, this is the fifth time through for each of them, as I've been watching them my every waking hour since I received them. The only bummer is that I got it on the 7th night, so I could have been watching them a lot more. Oh well. I know what I'm doing this new years!

This box set is a MUST for Star Trek Fans of all ages. I especially purchased this set for ST TMP editors edition. Although this is not my favorite ST movie, I consider this a classic!

Star Trek is the best collection of Science Fiction movies ever created, no one can argue with that. These are the only movies that actually combine science fiction with humanity and the quest for the unknown.

While the movie series has had its ups and downs, they are still fairly good films. Still, buying the boxed set is silly. With ST II:SE due next year, it's really pointless to buy them. Still, you are getting the Directors addition of ST:TMP. Now, Blairjon19, sweetheart, I'm sorry you hate Trek. Just go watch your silly MTV and go away.

I can honestly say this is one item that every star trek fan must have. See for yourself whether or not the star trek "Curse" of the odd and even pictures is true.
