i didnt like part 2 cause it wasnt scary it was funny and i wanted to see something that was similiar to the first texas chainsaw massacre.the thing that fucced this movie up was that there was a rednecc in the movie tryin to act like john wayne with a chainsaw.what i like to see in a horror movie is when the bad guys are the heroes cause it makes the movie more scarier and they seem unstoppable.the first one was real good cause leatherface survived and so did the father and it let you wonder what was goin to happen to the truck driver that was left behind after he tried to save sally hardesty.i think they should have made part 2 where part 1 left off and it would have been a classic like the first.this movie to me is a comedy i wouldnt even call it a horror movie.

By Yahoo! Shopping User  May 3, 2002

THIS WICKED HORROR FILM IS OVERSHADOWED BY THE FIRST FILM, NOT AS SCARY-BUT HAS OVER THE TOP GORE EFFECTS AND MUST HAVE REPEATED VIWEING TO CATCH HIDDEN JOKES AND TERRIFIC ONE-LINERS. MOVIE POKES FUN AT 80'S MENTALITY AND THE AMERICAN DREAM. GIVE THIS ONE A CHANCE!

    THIS MOVIE SUCKS!!

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Aug 8, 2001

THIS MOVIE TOTALLY REEKS!NONE OF THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE MOVIES ARE AS GOOD AS THE ORIGINAL. THE PLOT WAS DUMB AND SO WAS THE LEATHERFACE CHARACTER. WOULD HAVE A BETTER TIME WITH ONE OF THE NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET ONES.

Not the worst in the series, but not gre

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Jul 27, 2001

This isn't close the putrid failure of the part four, but this isn't as scary or nightmarish as the original, of course. Still, you're treated to Tom Savini make-up FX (great man), Jim Siedow once again a ball-buster as the old man (Drayton Sawyer), a wonderfully o.t.p. Bill Moseley (TIME FOR INCOMING MAIL!!!), and a cameo by Joe Bob Briggs (which sadly made the cutting room floor and is not on the MGM DVD). Could the saw be running out of fuel?

The predators has come back to haunt ya

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Jan 4, 2001

This movie is funnier than the original. & of course, it is the funniest horror movie I've ever seen Looks like Leatherface & his demonic family are looking for more meats to make. In my view, Leatherface & his family are like Bottomist Pitbulbs If you know what I mean!

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Sep 1, 2000

MY ROOMATES AND I WATCHED THIS MOVIE EVERY NIGHT FOR A YEAR AND DRANK A CASE OF OLD MILWAUKIE LONGNECKS (ALTHOUGH WE ARE NOT WHITE TRASH, WE WERE POOR COLLEGE FOLK). TCM2 TO THIS DAY REMAINS A MOVIE YOU CAN WATCH OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND STILL FIND ENTERTAINING. LEATHERFACE AND THE BOYS KEEP DRAYTON ON THE EDGE OF HIS SEAT, JUST AS TCM2 WILL KEEP YOU ON THE EDGE OF YOURS. 2 PLATES UP.

    The Saw is Family

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Aug 31, 2000

This movie is great for a night with the Fellas and Boone's Farm. A great sequel to the Classic TCM, and a HECK of a lot better than those later sequels ('cept the chick from Jerry Maguire).

    It's a plate-lickin' good time!

    THIS MOVIE IS MY FAVE!!!!!

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Feb 18, 2000

This movie rules! Me and my best friend, Hoyseff, watch it every night. It is our fave! Chop Top deserves to win a Grammy for his excellent acting skills. Stretch didn't do too bad either. Go L.G. Go Lefty! Go Drayton! THE BUZZ IS BACK BABY!

    bad sequel, good movie

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Jan 26, 2000

I hated the first 40 minutes of the film because I was expecting a TCM movie. This one is more of a pointless 80's hack-em-up where the first had more of a documentary type feel to it. I read that Toby Hooper did this one out of frustration over the humor of the first one being ignored. Once you get over the change this one is very enjoyable in it's own way.

    Leatherface Rules!!

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Nov 28, 1999

This is, without a doubt, one of the funniest films I have ever seen. It is also one of the best horror flicks I have ever seen, along with the original. I highly recommend this for any diehard horror fans, and those who like their humor black.
