Originally from various groups in their native Brazil, the duo of guitarist Henrique Laurindo, a fanzine editor, and drummer Renato Tezolin formed the band in early 2000. The group, known for performing their own English songs in their motherland, gained popularity with a television appearance on Curitiba, a Brazilian variety show. In 2000, the group recorded various demos which, through their contacts, ended up evolving into their debut effort, Dressed Up You Better Feel the Sun on Planting...
