Synopsis: The Sound of Music (1965)

A former nun leaves the convent to become a governess for the seven children of a wealthy, Austrian widower who has grown into a cold disciplinarian. Soon, the she opens the children to the wonders of life and the joy of music - and eventually softens the heart of their father and gains his love.

    We absolutely love this film. My young son and daughter both love watching it. What a wonderful film to share as a family.

    The whole show is so real, it's not like other movies which are not really healthy, it's a movie that led us to the way to learning music and it's only a bit of romance too much romance is a disgust. I like all and everyone in the movie except for t...he Banorness, i enjoyed it and watch it on the Vcd for more than 10 times somtimes i watch more than 2 times a day-a holiday, i somehow i wish could get myself a Vcd. The Vcd I watch was my senior's but anyway, I will remember the story. Maria gives and thaught me the courage to do many things and face my problems. Read more Less
