    if your a horror lover like i am then your absolutely going to hate this movie...so boring it made me fall asleep twice.

    Incredible Movie

    Pros: Great acting, insanely deep story

    Cons: -none-

    I'm usually a fan of the gore genre like saw or hostel, but this is a great movie and by far one of the best acting jobs I've ever seen in horror. You actually feel for the people in the movie, it really does get under your skin.

    Pros: Thought Provoking

    Cons: (kinda dragged at the beginning)

    (ok since I had talked about the motion picture soundtrack, I find it only fitting to rate the movie as well) When I first watched The Skeleton Key, I was baffled! The movie had dragged on for a moment and I had lost interest in it (until the end) ...I decided I didn't give the movie a chance the first time I watched it so I would watch it a second time....(besides the soundtrack kept drawing me in.....) Watched it the second time, and UNDERSTOOD what was going on....It's a great psychological thriller! Moral to this story: Don't decide to check your email on a movie you're watching....you'll lose the whole jest of the story! ;-) Check out the movie it'll have you standing on edge, and wanting to watch it again to learn more....     Pros: Brilliant Ending

    Cons: Not enough suspense

    The movie was a bit predictable, and for most of the viewing, I really thought it was only a so-so movie. But sometimes, the ending can make the movie. If you're sharp, you may guess it before it ends, but if you relax and just enjoy the movie, I... guarantee the ending makes the movie worth your time. Gena Rowlands is a brilliant actress, and Peter Sarsgaard has the "good-old Southern Boy" bit down pat. Got nothing to do on a rainy afternoon/evening? I'd recommend it along with a steaming bowl of gumbo. Read more Less

    Pros: Awesome cinematography!

    Cons: not long enough

    When i first watched this movie, i really didnt like it until the end, for it appeared so boring, but since then i cant stop wanting to watch it again and again because of how this dark story slowly brings you back again~ This movie will be a keeper ...for me~ Thumbs up to Kate Hudson, she now has my respect like her mom Goldie Hawn has!
