Led by exTeenage Fanclub drummer Paul Quinn, Scottish melodic rockers the Primary 5 make '60sinfluenced folkrock not dissimilar to the drummer's former employers. In 2001, after recording four albums with the Fanclub, Quinn decided to leave the band and begin work on his first ever set of original songs. Collaborating with local Glaswegian musician Ryan Currie at exOasis bassist Paul "Guiggs" McGuigan's studio, Quinn sang and played many of the instruments on the band's debut album, North Pole....
