New Regime is really just one person, multiinstrumentalist Ilan Rubin. Rubin began playing drums at the age of eight and by the age of nine he was already playing drums for a band, F.o.N., and was a veteran of several stops on the Vans Warped Tour. But Rubin was more than just a drummer, and before he was a teen he was already proficient on guitar and piano as well.
