i think the movie is so good and you can learn a lot from it like how things were back then inmonk time with a little twist and christian slater does such great work and if it didnt have a sex scean tthan i would have my global teacher have us wach it in class

One of my all-time favorite movies. Have watched it 7 or 8 times since its release. If you like Sean Connery's work don't miss it ! Would love to own it on DVD.

This is the only movie, which shows that Connery is a talanted actor. It is really worth to watch it. It is not like Kurosava's movies, but it gives you something to think about.

This is one of the few films you can watch more than 10 times and still want to do it again!
Sean Connery's work is magnificient! An unknown Christian Slater does it very well too!
The history is a Best Selling book.
