    A cinematic masterpiece

    This movie is my third favorite of all time, it seems to have everything that a great film should have. Fantastic cinemotography,engaging storline,superb casting,and possibly one of the best opening main themes ever to be in a film. This is a movie t...hat men and women will both enjoy equally as it does a great job of blending romance and action into one epic story. Daniel-Day Lewis is one of the best actors of our time(SEE ALSO "GANGS OF NEW YORK") and this film is no exception in showcasing his screen prescence. This is one of those very rare films that I would give a perfect score. Read more Less

    My favorite movie ever!

    Outstanding visuals, fantastic music, never boring! Daniel Day Lewis at his sexiest! Wes Studi at his most evil! Micheal Mann's re-doing of this classic story is a masterpiece!

    This movie has everything in which a good film should have, plus more. Not only is it a thrilling adventure film, but an enchanting love story as well.     A very intense piece of work. It grabs you and won't let you go from the very beginning. Realistic and exciting. A lot going on throughout the film. Great movie!

    I never thought a film could be virtually flawless, but "The Last of the Mohicans" is the rare exception. Beautiful cinematography, a lush score, great direction and superb acting make this my absolute favourite film ever!

    An outstanding performance by Wes Studi makes his character come to life. Daniel Day-Lewis and Madeleine Stowe have an on-screen chemistry making their attraction believable. An all time classic that will remain one of my favourites!
