    this is the worst movie of all time. I was forced to watch it for "fun" time in school like every year like 3 times a year till 6th grade it is torrible.

    Whoa, easy on the closeups!

    Not bad, but certainly not as good as the book. The casting of the Omri character was an inspired choice as he's not your typical looking child actor. The special effects are well done and we understand Omri's inner conflict and yet something's missi...ng. I guess it's just not all that fun to watch. Fans of the book should check it out, but don't expect anything too great. Read more Less
