The Honor System
After the 1998 break-up of the Brodways, ex-members Dan Hanaway (vocals/ guitar) and Rob DePaola (drums) moved on to form the Honor System later on that year. Along with guitarist Nolan McGuire and bassist Chris Carr, a complex front of politically motivated pop-punk resulted as they gigged throughout their native Chicago. Asian Man Records eventually released the Honor System's first full-length entitled Single File in 2000.
