    People that watch rape for fun are SICK!

    All other disturbing this aside in these movies ….Anyone that puts a rape in a movie to get a rating is sick…..and anyone who likes to watch a rape is even sicker! What is wrong with you people!!!! It’s bad enough that society is cond...itioned to think that killing is entertainment, but rape! This is ridiculous…and what is even more disturbing about this movie is that there s a video game about it…..so that means that people will be at home killing and raping people FOR FUN! I don’t know what deranged things you parents did or didn’t do to you when you were a kid but obviously you people need help. This is not entertainment, this is disturbing and this is why we STILL have things like murder and rape going on. Because people like YOU think it is entertainment….. What explanations can anyone possible have, that will justify watching a rape for entertainment… Read more Less

    Typical blood and guts

    Pros: The make-up was pretty believable

    Cons: Lots of fake blood and guts - not very realistic

    I didn't see the original movie, but this movie followed the typical, family get stranded or lost, something is after them, the survivors seek revenge and there is a lot of blood and guts. You can predict almost every outcome of each situation th...e characters are put in and know what's going to happen in the end before you are finished with the first 10 minutes of the movie.     This film was a favorite when theatres offered "midnight movies" on the weekends when I was a teen. It's been quite a while since I have seen the movie but I remember the first time I saw it.. it actually scared me. LOL!!     A Wes Craven classic! This film is based upona 17th century true event, that took place inthe highlands of scotland. the Bean family werecannibals living in caves near Edinburgh Scotland. They would attack unsuspecting passer bys , and pickle them in... barrels of seawater.Wes Craven takes this true event,and brings it into the 20th century.
