In 2002, the Cure performed in Berlin, playing three of their darkest and most revered albums--PORNOGRAPHY, DISINTEGRATION, and BLOODFLOWERS--in their entirety. Robert Smith's band paved the way for the gothic rock movement of the 1980s, and ended up out-living many of their peers, becoming a worldwide, stadium-filling phenomena along the way. These live performances are a special treat for their fans, who can witness the band performing many tracks for the first time in more than a decade. Songs include "One Hundred Years," "The Hanging Garden," "Pictures of You," "Lovesong," "Lullaby," "Fascination Street," "Out of This World," "Maybe Someday," and many more.

Alas, Finally The Cure Trilogy able to be viewd by all. This is such an extrodinary piece of art. To put together three of the greatest albums in one concert. Simply, Amazing. To start things off, 100 Years really hits you, in thunderous emotion and ...sound it gets you into the mood fast, and tears you apart delicately. Every song is top notch, Played perfect. To close your eyes youd think you are actually listening to the actual album itself. That is how close and perfect they come to. Though there is one downfall. The 6 string bass that Robert plays does sound differnt. Which could be considerd either good or bad. An added bonous on the "Disintigration"
; set is their own newer mixture of sounds added within each song will make you think it is even better than thee originals. For example, love song and lullaby are more energentic. While Fascination st offers more, yet elegantly beautiful guitar riffs. This is the lightest moment of the dvd. While when moving onto "Bloodflowers" songs like Out of This World and 39 really move you. Though in my own opinion I think the Loudest Sound should have been slowed down a bit on the pace. Overall this dvd will give you mixed sensations/feelings but, nevertheless you wont think bad about it. Only greatness comes out of this masterpiece. I can only recomend everyone to own the Trilogy dvd. You wont regret buying it. Ala, farewell, And thank you Robert Smith and the gang for giving us your love and consideration and bringing such happiness to your most dedicated fans!! We Love you!!!!
