This is my all time favourite movie, everthing in it , i liked, the acting, the effects well everthing. Its a shame it was Brandon Lee final film as his career did look promising. This movie showcased the potential that Brandon Lee had, as well as the extreme loss felt by his death. Brandon had all the charisma of his late father, had the physical attributes, and the emotional depth that was needed to bring such a tormented ch...aracter to life. It is so sad to think every time that I watch it, that it was the last time we would ever see the talents of Brandon Lee. This was to be his breakthrough role and would have easily made him one of the top actors of his generation. The raw emotion of a soul ripped from his love and his life too early, are kept in place and movie effortlessly by a driving soundtrack, excellent visuals and camera shots, and a script that made each character evolve into a believeable being. Set in a time, not far from, but more violent then our own, shows that the timeless "Nothing can stop love.. not even death." genre beating in the hearts of the hopeful. R.I.P. Brandon and Bruce. One of my Favorite Movies Ever...

The movie the Crow is one of my favorites because of the story. It is a very dark, sad tale of two lives that are ruined and destroyed on a whim. The deaths are only made more terrible by the fact that they were violently killed and it didn't matte...r that they truly loved each other. It is hard to explain this movie because the basic premise of it is "What if everything you loved and wanted in your life, was taken away from you? What if you got a chance to not let those things go unpunished?" Eric doesn't want to be alive anymore, after he lost his one true love. But he must endure his pain long enough to right a wrong. It is a very melancholy story because during the whole process of the story, he knows, he can never get things back to the way they were, he can never get his future back. This movie is made better when you allow for yourself to be put in Eric's shoes. What would it mean to you to be brought back to life after losing the things you hold most dear to you? To only have one purpose anymore. All in all, a great movie. Sometimes a movie really connects with it's audience. I think this movie does just that. Oh, and the original score to this movie is one of the best I've heard. If you watch it this movie a second time, listen to the score more closely the second time around.
