Synopsis: The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe (2005)

Synopis: C.S. Lewis' 'The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe' was first published in 1950 and is the second installment of the writer's legendary seven-part 'Chronicles of Narnia' series. The book tells the story of Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy, who are separated from their parents in London during the German air raids of World War II. They are sent to the country for safety and find a magic wardrobe that transports them to the mystical world of Narnia, a once peaceful land of talking beasts, dwarfs and giants. However, Narnia has been frozen by the evil White Witch, and the kids must help the lion Aslan break her spell.

   Pros: excellent stoty, seamless animation, great characters

   Cons: no deleted scenes!

   fantastic movie in the tradition of Harry Potter & Lord of the Rings.
   Gweneth Paltrow plays an eerily scary witch, and the voice of Aslan, Liam Neeson was an excellent choice. You won't regret owning it.

   This was such a wonderful movie. My 3 year old grandson was glued to theTV when I played i. He loved it just as much as I did. The actors & actresses did such a wonderful job for being so young. The were excellant. All the characters in the movie were great. I can't wait for the next installment comes out. Itwas such a good family movie. Very well done. ...
