Boring Workout
Pros: Good for people who are obese and have no knowledge of nutrition and fitness.
Cons: Too basic. No fun.
This workout is designed for an elementary exerciser. It is not a fun workout. The exercise concepts and movement are the same old stuff I have learned 15 years ago. It is a good workout for people who are obese because it will help you to lose weight. But if you are like me, who wants to work out and have fun at the same time, this is not for you. I firmly believe exercises should a fun activity!

Pros: Real People, Real Trainer, Lots of fun!
Cons: So far there is none!
This dvd is worth buying. The workout people are ones from the show so they are actual people who have overcome losing weight and learning to exercise. If offers from warmup, low to high cardio, body sculpting, and cool down. You can listen to BOB the trainer with music or choose the option not to have him in there just the music. It also has 6 week challenge with workout setup already or you can customize your own. I tried it out for the first time tonight. I loved it. I have only been working out since January but even still starting out you can do it. Just build up to the high cardio. It also offers a boot camp segment. This is a great buy in my opinion. I would tell anyone to get it. I felt it.
