    Another book by Bob Greene, the guy who helped Oprah get fit. All of his books are essentially guides to a better life. These are not quick fix books because lifestyle changes take time. How much time depends on the reader. The Best Life Diet offers... a step-by-step system of losing weight, eating healthier, and finding yourself. It is not just a simple diet that you implement.
