Synopsis: Texas Rangers (2001)

Synopis: Texas, 1875. In a land without justice, where chaos reigns, one legendary man, Leander McNelly (Dylan McDermott), is chosen to lead a group of unlikely heroes (James Van Der Beek, Usher Raymond, Randy Travis, Ashton Kutcher and Robert Patrick). These young men, out-manned and out-gunned, must battle an army of renegade outlaws led by the ruthless John King Fisher (Alfred Molina). Sworn to protect the innocent and the women they love (Rachael Leigh Cook, Leonar Varela), the Rangers risk their lives to put the wrong things right in their beloved homeland. All men need freedom.    This movie is worth seeing if you're a future film maker looking for a guide on how not to make a movie!
   
   What a waste of time, I would say talent as well but this movie is doesn't have any.

   I think that this is one of the best Western films I have ever seen. This is probaly James Van Der Beek's best role other than Dawson Creek. I think this should be seen by everyone and James breakout role. I wonder why it was not in theaters everywhere?
