Synopsis: Terror Tract (2000)
Synopis: A trilogy of terrifying tales set in three suburban houses. An unusual real estate agent (John Ritter) is taking a newlywed couple to three homes he has for sale. At each home he tells them a different ghoulish story. In the first, a wife who has murdered her brutal husband fears that he may not be as dead as she hoped. Next, a father grows suspicious of his daughter's pet monkey and tries to put a stop to its evil mischief. Finally, a teenager finds himself psychically linked to a demented killer, who pins the blame for the deaths on the teen. A group of horror stories in the tradition of TALES FROM THE CRYPT.User Reviews: Terror Tract

Clever, Scary, and Funny!
, April 24, 2001Reviewer: ilovemoovees - See all ilovemoovees's reviewsWasn't sure what I was expecting when I found this video at Blockbuster. Maybe a schlock o rama special or a bad B direct to video thing.....I WAS SOOOO WRONG!!! This film had all the cleverness that such trilogies as "Twilight Zone" and "Creepshow" aspire to but never reached. John Ritter is hilarious as a fast talking home salesman who tries to close the deal on an unsuspecting young couple. (I think the woman is a semi-regular on "West Wing") He takes them on tours of three homes with rather creepy histories. Although all three stories have some great stuff, I particulary loved the second story about a little girl who finds an oh so cute little monkey. Bryan Cranston (The Dad on Malcom In The Middle") is absolutely great as the dad who thinks the little critter is less than "Cute"...These stories are funny and clever and there are some real scare moments...The third story about a teenager who has murderous visions is particularly frightening....RENT THIS TAPE! It will be one of those great little surprises you aren't expecting! Can't figure out why this didn't get a big theatrical release. It deserved it. ... -
