is it just me, or does disturbed get better with every album, and thats saying alot cause the sickness rocked. those who dont like disturbed obviously dont know masterpieced hard rock when its heard.

Disturbed's new album "Ten Thousand Fists" is yet another hard-hitting, in-your-face album. Every song is full of intelligent lyrics accompanied by a hard edged sound. I have it in my collection and recommend it to anyone who appreciates good hard rock! Their cover of "Land of Confusion" (originally performed by Phil Collins) is brilliant. A song that fits, then and now! This album is a must!

With a title like 10,000 fists, you know that this album is gonna kick ass, also with the cover done originally by Genisis "Land of Confusion" it sends the perfect message to my generation.

Pros: The entire album
Cons: Too much barking
Disturbed delivers yet another hard-hitting hour-plus of metal on their third album, "Ten Thousand Fists," with sharp cutting-lyrics and chords that sound best at deafening decibels. While "Stricken" has already made its way to the airwaves, the title cut, "Just Stop" and "I'm Alive" are bound to follow. These are mostly radio-friendly tunes, people, though this is a band that seems like their music is only appreciated by brain-dead high schoolers.
The only awkward part is singer David Draiman's guttural throat-clearing bark that he used perfectly on 2000's "The Sickness." Here, it's used almost on every track, and needlessly on the cover of Genesis's "Land of Confusion." But that alone can't drag down this album too much, because Disturbed ultimately packs another 14 high-energy gems into another fantastic album.Was this review helpful? I LOVE THIS ALBUM. I ESPECIALLY LOVE THE SONG+VIDEO "STRICKEN." ITS THE BEST. IF YOU DONT LOVE DISTUREBED YOU HAVE SOME ISSUES. YOU'RE FUCK IN THE HEAD IF YOU HATE DISTURBED. I LOVE THEM, I WORSHIP DAVID DRAIMAN. SO THERE!!!!

Pros: Great music and vocals
Cons: very few, but a couple dull moments
Disturbed has rocked our asses off again. . .first with The Sickness's hard pounding melodies, then with the melodic sounds of Believe. . .now they've thrown them both together and created what I believe to be another masterpiece. Though it hasn't changed much from the old Disturbed is SURE AS HELL is Disturbed. Draiman's vocals come off like a cutting knife, combined with Donnegan's kickass guitar rifts and you've got a classic. Though it suffers the occassional moment of "oh, this sounds like the song before it" it still doesn't fail to throw some curves and slap you across the face. . .hard-hitting, melodic, and full of emotion and rage - Disturbed's finest hour!

I have been a fan of Disturbed... loved their first gift to the world... then i was mesmerized by their mark on the industry with BELIVE album... now... I expected... anticipated and now i raise my fist! GAT DAMN! THIS CD IS GOOD!
Draimans razor voice will tear off all corny beats in your head and soul and will give you a hype that makes you hit something, break something, sit silent as your soul dances in the menacing, ripping and addicting music called DISTURBED!
I really didnt read the lyrics yet... im sure their good... ohh yeah... almost forgot... their CD is not overly priced... so... i see your anticipation and curiousity is tingling... yesss thats it... imagine... now... buy the Cd and know that you will soon raise your fists... belive and let the sickness live.
