    Brilliant album... quite possibly one my favorite Mac albums! Seven Wonders is fantastic!

    After Family Man, this album goes down the hill, but it's still great. Big Love especially. I found some sweet remixes of Family Man, Little Lies, Big Love, and Seven Wonders on the net.

    Except for Everywhere, Big love and little lies, all of the other songs don't really have a Fleetwood Mac sound, with the overuse of electronic sounds and they really just don't seem keep your attention on them. Everywhere, Big love and Little lies a...re terrific songs. Read more Less

    is this a real FM album?

    I don't dislike TITH. It is a well-produced piece of 80's pop. Shiny. Tasty. And disposable. FM was a blues/rock band that found pop sucess. FM also became a pop band and lost their audience.Lindsey is retreading familiar waters (isn't the title cut ...very similiar to "I'm So Afraid"), replacing pop songs with production craft (Caroline), and some tracks have an "Abba" quality to them (Family Man, Little Lies). On the plus side. "Big Love" is possibly one of his best songs. The writing and playing are superb.Christine is in fine form. I love "Mystifyied", "You And I Part II", and Everywhere". "Little Lies" is competent but sounds like Abba. (no wonder this album was huge in the UK).Stevie's songs were for the most part painful to listen to. "Seven Wonders" was OK though she did not write it. "...Sara" had a couple of killer lines (When you hang up that phone you cease to exist..)but the fragmented lyrics brought it down. "When I See You Again" should have closed the album. Her voice falters but it is for me the last song on the album. It is also the best.It is difficult to transition from a rock band to purely pop. FM suceeded with this album. Maybe Buckingham didn't know what he was doing. Maybe he did. Read more Less

    A mixed bag indeed...

    Fleetwood Mac continues to have a good career ahead of them. Even after a 5-year hiatus since "Mirage" they came back with lustier/darker material. Stevie sounds as great as ever, and Christine and Lindsey aren't too far behind. However, through a...ll the albums that have been out, I am a bit bothered by Lindsey's sudden overtake on most of the tracks. Even here, it happens as most of the songs were performed by him ('Big Love', 'Caroline', 'Family Man', 'You And I'). I don't mind that Lindsey is a fabulous guitar player throughout but Stevie and Christine are also part of the band so they should have gotten a bit of an equal share. Still this album can't really disappoint when it comes to the true fans (like myself). The tracks you should pay attention to are: 'Big Love', 'Seven Wonders' (a radio hit, yet underappreciated), 'Mystified', 'Welcome To The Room...Sara' (a sequel to 'Sara'???), and 'You And I'.     A pretty good album; still definitely behind "Rumours" and "Fleetwood Mac" though. I'd classify many of the songs as pleasant but a little cheesy.

    This album is their best. All the songs are really good and the song Tango in the Night has a really good beat and words. The group is awesome and this CD dispalys that talent.
