    Pros: Great acting, good direction, decent screenplay

    Cons: gets a little too cute towards the end

    This is a decent serial killer thriller, and fans of that genre should be impressed. It breaks down for me a little in the third act, but still delivers the goods.     Pros: Great acting

    Cons: Long sex scene wasn't needed

    Great movie Ethan Hawke was great, Angelina Jolie was phenomenal as usual. Olivier Martinez's character was dissapointing but he did wonderful as well. Great suspenseful story about a woman who wasn't perfect she was flawed and that brought... out some of the originality. Great movie all around the perfect cast for this type of movie a somewhat dissapointing ending but a great twist. Read more Less

    Pros: Everything!

    Cons: Nothing!!

    I think that Taking lives was one of the best movies ever! Angelina Jolie did her best in this movie as well as Ethan Hawke, the visuals were very good and the sound was great. I would give this 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, and my vote for the best movie of... 2004. I would recommend you see this movie! Read more Less

    the movie was kinda slow in the beginning. but it was a real thriller. it was VERY suspenseful movie..you have no idea who the real killer is until.....the ending just ended it was an all of a sudden ending like it wasnt supposed to end ya know? bu...t other than that, it was an awesome movie and angelina jolie is beautiful as always Read more Less

    Pros: Angeline Jolie & Keiffer Sutherland delivering superb performances.

    Cons: The alcoholism is the movie is a bit much, though maybe realistic. I don't know.

    Angelina Jolie is perfect for this suspenseful tale of an alcoholic FBI profiler who's after a 20 year long serial killer who assumes their victims' identities. Once she takes the case, even the most casually acquainted men that she's wit...h are murdered. Because she goes into black outs due to alcoholism, FBI profiler Scott (Jolie) begins to fear that she's the serial killer and starts doubting herself. There's a dynamic twist at the end of this thriller that when I saw it for the first time, I would have never guessed. Jolie really takes me beside her in the recesses of her mind. Thus, I'd call it a terrific psychological thriller. It's not rated, should be an R for violence, and is 109 mins long of pure suspense. m_d.md.m_d Read more Less

    Pros: great thriller, keeps you guessing

    Cons: nothing for me it was great

    the movie was great, if i say too much it will give away part of the movie. my recomendation is to watch it for yourself so you don't miss a thing.
