TTC -- a trio formed by Tido Berman, Teki Latex, and Cuisinier -- is one of the few acts in the hip-hop underground of France, a country with deep ties to rap of the mainstream variety. The group self-released their first single, "Game Over '99," in 1999, but when the record was dropped off at the office of Big Dada Records, label head Will Ashon signed them to a contract.
