T-Mobile Sidekick Slide Cell Phone

Pros: I liked it a lot was a nice phone and had a nice style to it also

Cons: The phone use to shut down a lot and would take about 2 hours to upload every thing again

I bought myself the sidekick slide back in February and i really did enjoy the phone, but a week after having the phone i was taking it back to the store it was shutting down and they gave me another 1 because i was still up under the buyers beware p...rogram about 2 weeks later i went back to the t-mobile store and they told me i would have to call T-mobile for a new phone because it was doing the same thing again... I went home and called T-mobile and i told them what it was doing and they wanted to send me a reused phone that they so called fixed and i told them i was not getting a used phone from them and i paid 300 for that 1 because i didn't upgrade so i called the insurance company and they sent me a new 1 they phone worked really good for about 2months and then it started doing the same thing the other 2 phones i had started doing shutting it self down... I called T-mobile again and they wanted to do the same thing that i just wrote about and i told them no again and called the insurance company and they said since i have had so many problems with the sidekick slide they was going to give me a sidekick lx and i am enjoying the phone but that only thing i didn't like about the whole phone thing is i lost everything i bought on the slide from downloads to my space so i am having to buy them all over again...
