Super Double Dragon Nintendo Entertainment System

A 16-bit remake of the original, Super Double Dragon showcases numerous improvements, including multi-layered, detailed backgrounds, fluidly animated characters and a mixture of remixed past tunes joined by funky, upbeat new ones. This installment's speed has been taken down a notch, though, and is woefully bankrupt of storyline. Billy and Jimmy Lee now possess a larger repertoire of attacks, and can block and counter the moves of foes, or charge up their Anger Meter allowing them to increase their damage or perform special attacks.
