Synopsis: Summer School (1987)
Synopis: A laid-back high school coach (Mark Harmon) reluctantly forfeits a Hawaiian vacation to teach remedial English to a class of likable misfits. This goofy comedy tells the sweetly inspiring story of the group of high school slackers who seem destined to fail until they land in the coach's class. belly aching from too much laughting this is what i remember of the 1st time i saw this masterpiece . chainsaw and dave are just what we are all at 17 (well maybe a little more crazy ) and mr choop is the teacher we all hoped to have but never had . the killing rabbit is great (ain't that a subttle reference to the monty python holy grail ? ) and the scene with the substitute where they all pretend to have died in horrible deaths inspired by the worse horror movies;
well to sum it up in a chainsaw and dave faschion i can say that I loved it very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very much!!! ...
