Worth buying, but has problems
Pros: Inexpensive, works well at close ranges
Cons: Range doesn't live up to promises
This monitor is generally ok and a good product for the price. It promises 350 feet of range, but falls far short of that promise. Indoors it works great other than occasional static. We live on 1/2 acre with the house centerd on the lot. Our baby's room is on the second floor facing the back, but the signal fades out before reaching the chain link fence anywhere in the yard. The real range is about half what they promise.
