    Who da best cop?

    By Lucas  Feb 22, 2001

This is the greatest movie ever. Jimmy, the mentally unstable villan of the movie, reminds me of some kind of an insane slow clown who talks like he's about six. He loves to repeat himself, especially his signature line of, "Who's the best cop, who...'s the best cop?" He makes me laugh. Sacco is the other character who brings in comic relief. He has a deep rooted hatred for Tommy (Bruce Willis) and always seems surprised when Tommy knocks him off the boat. There are also many great ockward and extended stare downs that Bruce Willis gets involved in and for some reason he keeps getting this crazed look in his eye throughout the movie. Eddy is another key character in this movie. His job is to follow Bruce Willis around and shout insults at him. Sarah Jessica Parker is also in this movie. In one of the scenes in the movie it looks like she's a clown. I have no idea what they were thinking on that one. I mean all she needed was the red nose and big shoes and she'd be drug back to the circus and beaten. The best part of the movie is when a slower than dirt coal barge is hijacked by like trailer park terrorists or something because they think there is $200,000 on the barge. I mean what the hell would $200,000 be doing on a coal barge on a river in Pittsburgh. Also the most disturbing part of the movie comes near the end. There is a final fight scene and Bruce Willis surfaces from beneath the river and shakes his hair out like models do near pools (all dramatic like). This wouldn't be so bad, but Bruce has got this mane that is just disgustingly long. I don't understand where it came from. He has short hair throughout the movie. To understand what I'm saying you need to experience STRIKING DISTANCE for yourself. So go rent it or watch it on one of the movie channels, it's a regular. Read more Less
