    Not What I Was Expecting!

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Mar 11, 2002

Everything sounds the same on this joint. It sounds like Beats By The Pound gave him left over tracks. He was one of the only good No Limit artists besides Snoop and Mia X back then. The best song on here is "Mr. Whomp Whomp". Everybody kept sayin this album was slick but it's not!

    FIEND is a bad *ss!

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Mar 25, 2000

Even though "There's One In Every Family" and "Won't Be Denied", in my opinion are better than "Street Life", This cd is still super tight. Every track on it is phat. The best song is the last song, Waiting On God. Ya'll need to go get this album if you ain't already got it.

    WHOMP, WHOMP!!

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Jan 10, 2000

Me personally, I thought "One in every family" was tighter but this CD definitely didn't disappoint and was still solid. "Whomp Whomp" is the premier track, along with "The Rock Show", and "Talk it How I Bring It", the best track on the CD is "Heart of a Ghettoboy" this track has a bluesy feel to it with tight ass lyrics. To me Heart of a ghettoboy should have been a single. Fiends unique style and delivery and ability to make creative hooks, assures that Fiend is here to stay and will be around for a long time. Peace soldiers.

He came even better on street life than he did on there's one in every family with the song Mr. Whomp Whomp. Fiend is the tightest rapper on the No Limit label. He brings the real to the label. Go cop the album if you don't already have it.
