    This essential box set contains all three volumes of Street Jams: Back 2 Old School that Rhino previously issued as single discs, plus another disc of mostly '50s and '60s oldies that includes Frankie Lymon the Teenagers' "I Want You to Be My Girl," the Drifters' "Up on the Roof," and the Cadillacs' "Speedo." Also featured are songs you know and love but may not have, like Vaughn Mason's "Bounce, Rock, Skate, Roll," Bootsy Collins' underrated "Body Slam," with its wicked bass and lead guitar lines, Twennynine's "Peanut Butter," and Tom Browne's "Funkin' for Jamaica" -- and that's the short list. There's much more. This amazing set contains 52 full-strength jams, commencing with "Dazz" by Brick and ending with "Superfly" by Curtis Mayfield.
