Great Album
Pros: Lyrics
Cons: No Cam'ron
This is one of the greatest compilation hip-hop albums of all time. Beanie Siegal shows that he can lead the show with the best of them, with a team of young hungry mc's ready to show the world their talents. This album shows that the ROC will be in great hands after Jay-Z retires.

the album was pretty damn good. These guys are being slept on. they got some nice lyrics if you listen to them. these dudes flow. Go get this or at least burn this cd its hot.

This album is hot. I think they did a nice job of showcasing new producersI like the Neptunes and DRE even Em but their abscence makes the album sound fresh (bet you all thought can't stop was just blaze or kanye neither are on this album) as well as their individual talents. They all sound different it's amazing how a lot of rappers sound like Jay but they(SP) don't copy him.

State Property Chain Gang Vol 2 is off tha hook. I enjoy listening to it all day everyday. It has good lyrics and tha beats are nice!!!!! I give this album a 10!!!!!!

This is a good album.
my favorite tracks are "It's On" by Beans & Jay-z and "When you hear that" by Beans, Peedi & ODB.

I heard it on bootleg, it was ok...Nothing I would cop,Unless the boot leg has a different sound from the orig.My block has way better artist..Rapping and writing songs are two different things...they can Rap..But wtite a hot song...?

if ur a fan of da roc and state property, i advise u to go cop dis album and get 3: one fa da radio, one fa da car, and one fa all yo peeps in da hood cause da album is off da chain. The first song on da album Cant Stop, Wont Stop by da Young Gunz is bananas u heard me. GO GET DAT STATE PROPERTY 2 TODAY CAUSE ITS BUMPIN LIKE A MUTHA U HEARD ME.
