I HAVE HAD ONE FOR SEVERAL YEARS WITH NO PROBLEMS. BELT CLIP BROKE YESTERDAY AFTER SEVERAL YEARS OF USE BUT GUESS THIS CAN BE EXPECTED.

Pros: the talkng feature
Cons: didnt count properly, hard to get cover for battery off
Not much good at all if it cant count properly. Needless to say I will be returning it tonight. Also took about a 1/2 hour to get the cover off to remove the battery safety tape.
