    This is a question to anyone that has heard these 2 albums by WW. Ever noticed how much Axl Rose sounds like this bands lead singer? No way they are 1 in the same, but how simular the singing styles.

    unusal sound, but great concerts

    the albumn name listed is incorrect. the correct albumn name is " a spiritual GREETING " NOT A SPIRITUAL GATHERING.I SAW THE BAND SEVERAL TIMES IN MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA AND COLUMBUS, GA. THEY TOURED WITH BANDS SUCH AS BLACK OAK ARKANSAS, MOUNTAIN, GRI...NDERSWITCH, WET WILLIE AND OTHER REGIONAL BANDS DURING THE MID-SEVENTIES. THEY PUT ON QUITE A SHOW. THEIR STYLE COPIED THE BEATLES AND STEELY DAN ON SOME SONGS , BUT THEIR TRADEMARK WAS A CROSS BETWEEN THE ALLMAN BROS. AND QUEEN (WIERD!) AT ONE TIME , I OWNED BOTH ALBUMNS AND OR EIGHT TRACKS. ONCE CAPRICORN RECORDS DISSOLVED, NO OTHER LABLE PICKED UP THE BAND. OVER THE YEARS, THE ALBUMNS BECAME EXTREEMLY RARE. I SEACRHED FOR MANY YEARS TO FIND USED ALBUMNS TO NO AVAIL. JUST RECENTLY , I STARTED TO BUILD A NEW CD COLLECTION OF BANDS DURING THE 1970,S. I HAD ORDERED THE KANSAS BOX SET AT A LOCAL MUSIC STORE. WHILE BROWSING, I WAS STUNNED TO FIND A CD OF THEIR FIRST ALBUMN. A LIST OF RE-RELEASED ALBUMNS FROM CAPRICORN RECORDS WAS ENCLOSED. IT DID NOT LIST "A SPIRITUAL GREETING". I HOPE I MAY PURCHASE THIS CD SOON. AGAIN THE BAND AND MUSIC WAS QUITE DIFFERENT FROM OTHER BANDS, AND THE ALBUMNS MAY BE THE MOST RARE OF ANY OTHER.
