Excellent computer

My Sony Vaio UX380N is awesome!! Excellent graphics, sturdy, awesome connection, sleek, woman-getter. My UX is just wonderful all the way around. Sony Customer Support is one big negative pain, and they don't honor their warranty, and the battery life isn't the best, but I can live with the battery problem, and I'm not going to give this wonderful computer negative rating/ reviews just because Sony reps are sloppy, unknowledgable of their own products, rude, and downright dishonest. Judging this computer negatively based on Sony's sorry Support Reps just wouldn't be honest/legitimate. Thanks for reading.
