But it does let you set up three separate message boxes, so your co-workers or family can have direct access to their own voice messages. It's all digital - on both the incoming and outgoing sides - for ultimate reliability. With flash memory so it never forgets messages, even if the power goes out. The TAM-100 also lets you screen calls, speed up or slow down message playback and selectively delete messages so you don't have to listen to all of them every time you play back. It also includes a remote control card.

    IT's Junk...Don't buy it.

    These are the following problems I have with the machine1. It only has two setting for ring times..2 and 5.2. When you pickup a phone it would NOT shut off.3. The out going message is very poor quality (many people have complained they can't make out... the words).4. When listening to playback of a message Some of the words come out 'grabled' at times and even using the 'slow motion' feature does not help much.5. When user wants to access to save a message to a specific mailbox they have to type in the key very slowly (ex *2, *3) if they don't the message will just go to the first mailbox.I had it for four months then took it back to the store. I can't believe this is a SONY. Read more Less

    Sony doesn't offer good support online

    Pros: Its a great machine for a family.

    Cons: If you lose the booklet for the machine, there is nowhere online to find it.

    If anyone can help me set up the different mailboxes that would be nice.
