    If you're in the mood for a headache, buy this!

    Pros: idea is good

    Cons: either falls off head or if tightened creates headaches

    I think Sony has invented a perfect torture device with this product. To make this thing stay on the top of your head (instead of flopping down in front of your face as it wants to do), you have to tighten it so much that after 1/2 hour your head wil...l be throbbing and your ears will be in pain. After talking to several customer service people at Sony asking them just to allow me to exchange this product for something else, I was told that since there is no defect in how the product performs, Sony won't exchange it. So, save yourself alot of headaches (literally) and stay away from this horrible product. Read more Less
