    If you ever think about buying Sony, just call their service center and try to get help. Then reconsider and buy ANYTHING else.

    Great Phone for the last year

    Pros: Great reception - robust and easy to use

    Cons: doesnt go well under the shoulder

    I'm amazed at some of the reviews I've seen for this phone - I love it. By far the best Ive ever had. I've got tons of Sony stuff and never been sorry - I guess I've never had to call their support line though.I've had this phone ...for over a year the reception is great even in the garden - the battery has not gone south and the features are great and easy to set up and use.My only issue is that the phone sometimes cuts you off when you tuck it between your cheek and shoulder for a second due to the position of the talk button.I'm only here now becasue I need another handset!
