Not a bad phone
Pros: sturdy! This phone has been dropped, kicked and beaten by two toddlers and it has survived for 4 years now
Cons: We filled up all the memory on the phone numbers and we wished it alphabetized them!
Not a bad phone, Sony sent this one to us for free when our other Sony phone broke. We've had it for 4 years and our kids have put it through hell and back. Recently we've had battery issues, but I blame that on a four foot fall it took recently.

I purchased this phone and within a week the base stopped communicating with the handsets. I returned the phone. Within 3 months the base stopped communicating with the handsets again. I called Sony Tech Support. They had me go through several processes to try to reset it. It did not work. I called again, they wanted me to do it again. After 3 times I told them that the service was unacceptable and had to demand to return it for service.
